Create Test Requisition Form;ā
- After successfully creating a form, the system will allocate to you a “TRF Number”Ā You can follow your entire process with your TRF number.
- You can view all your forms and TRF Numbers from the from the “Submitted Test Requisition Forms” menu.
- Do not worry, we will inform you with e-mails in every step, from start to finish.
Create TRF
Cargo Information
- You can share with us the cargo information of the sample you sent us. This will be useful to improve and speed up the process.
Submitted Test Requisition Forms;
- From this section you can see all the Test Requisition Forms you have sent to us.
- The system will automatically tag the form as āForm Submittedā. The status will change as the process change.
Progress Indicators
Submitted
(Indicates a newly created TRF entry.
Progressing
(Indicates that the TRF you created has been processing.)
Rejected
(That you could not reach the next step in the TRF entry you created as a result of any missing or incorrect information.)
Verified
(It indicates that you have successfully completed the whole process and that your certificate is ready.)
- Due to new updates you may see some confusion in the table where you display all your TRFs.

Correct account associated with your submissions. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. For further assistance, contact our support team to help you retrieve and view your TRFs seamlessly.
Certificate Inqury System
- The Certificate Inquiry System allows you to quickly verify the authenticity and status of sustainability certifications issued through EcoTrack.

(QR Direct) Certificate Validate System;
- After completing the EcoTrack process, the tracking system will allocate you a certificate code.
- At the same time, you can see this code in the bottom left part of the certificate issued to you.
- You can scan the system database area to measure the accuracy of the certificate given to you. If you come across a result that matches your code, the system will provide you with a summary of your information in the certificate.
